पटना हाईकोर्ट के वकील मणिभूषण प्रताप सेंगर को जान का खतरा है. उन्हें पिछले कुछ महीनों से लगातार धमकियां मिल रही हैं. उनकी सुरक्षा का जायजा लेने के लिए पहुंचे पुलिस अधिकारी भी उन्हें अविलंब सुरक्षा मुहैया कराने की सिफारिश कर चुके हैं.

Inspite of the inquiry report in favour of my threat on the inquiry held on the basis of my application dated 17/2/2017 to DGP Bihar regarding my security and also after cognizance taken by Honorable High court on my security matter and honorable high court has converted that letter into PIL bearing Cwjc no.7617/ 2017 and has asked the government to submit the report that what has been done on my application to DGP regarding my security then also nothing has Been done it signifes the malafied intention of government and administration to my life nevertheless due to what reason they are not taking proper action regarding my security i m afraid of from this government i have raised almost all issues regarding scam irregularities and every matter against public interest and on the other hand criminalsand others ineligible persons without any need have been provided security.- Advocate MBP Sengar.
लेकिन शायद पुलिस और प्रशासन को किसी अनहोनी का इंतजार है. बता देें कि जब सरकार और प्रशासन की ओर से कोई जवाब नहीं मिला तो पीड़ित वकील ने हाईकोर्ट में गुहार लगाई. इसके बाद अब कोर्ट ने इस मामले में संबंधित अधिकारियों से जवाब मांगा है.
पुलिस को कोर्ट के खुलते ही अपना जवाब दाखिल करना है. अब देखना है कि इस बार पुलिस अधिकारी क्या बहाना बनाते हैं. इन सबके बीच पीड़ित वकील अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर सुरक्षा दिए जाने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं.
